Coaching Experience:
I bring extensive coaching and leadership experience across youth soccer, currently serving as Assistant Director of Coaching and ECNL Regional League Boys Director at Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club. In this role, I oversee player development, coaching standards, and program alignment across the U13–U19 age groups while directly coaching U12, U17, and U19 teams. I manage all aspects of the performance environment, including training periodization, match preparation, and long-term development planning, while implementing a curriculum aligned with the USSF Player Development Framework and the club’s game model. I lead player evaluations and Individual Development Plans, integrating technical, tactical, physical, and psychological components, and mentor coaches through observation and professional development initiatives. Previously, as Technical Director at F.C. Horizon, I led a full club rebrand and expansion, growing participation and establishing a unified developmental philosophy through a clearly defined game model, curriculum, and club culture. My earlier roles include coaching at Kansas City Scott Gallagher, where I developed high-level players and led a team to a Jefferson Cup College Showcase championship, and serving as Senior Boys Director at Kansas Rush Wichita, where I expanded participation, enhanced recruitment pathways, and guided players into NCAA programs.
